01. Storage System Design & Engineering
We start with your space, your products and your material-handling equipment. Our team designs complete storage layouts – from pallet racking blocks to mezzanine platforms and retail gondola runs – optimised for capacity, flow and safety.
We produce practical, buildable designs with clear load specifications, aisle layouts and integration points so that what's installed on site matches the plan on paper.
02. In-House Manufacturing
As bulk manufacturers, we build our own racking, shelving and mezzanine components in South Africa. That means tighter quality control, consistent finishes and reliable lead times, whether you're fitting out a small store or a national DC.
Because we control the steelwork, we can adjust dimensions, capacities and finishes to suit your exact requirements instead of forcing you into a one-size-fits-all system.
03. Installation & Project Delivery
Our installation teams handle everything on site – from off-loading and assembly to final alignment, anchoring and hand-over. We coordinate with your operations and other contractors to minimise disruption and keep downtime to a minimum.
Every project is signed off against the agreed layout and load specifications, giving you a finished system that is safe, stable and ready to use.
04. Warehouse & Store Layout Optimisation
If you already have racking or shelving in place, we can assess your current layout and identify ways to increase capacity, improve picking routes and clean up congestion points.
Sometimes that means re-configuring beam levels or bays, sometimes it means adding mini racking, gondolas or a mezzanine to unlock extra space. The goal is always the same: get more performance from the building you already have.
05. Inspections, Repairs & Upgrades
Racking and shelving work hard every day. Impacts, overloading and ad-hoc changes can all reduce safety over time. We offer inspection and repair services to identify damage, replace components and bring systems back into safe working condition.
We can also upgrade older installations – adding safety barriers, back-of-rack mesh, clearer load signage or new components – so your storage keeps pace with your operation and current standards.
